Returns on standard items: No return will be accepted without proper authorization. All goods must be returned in their original carton and may not be altered in any way. All returns must be made within thirty days of order date. (unless other arrangements have been made)

Returns on Special Orders and Non-Stocking items: Any non-stock item or special order is subject to a restocking fee and may or may not be returnable.
